About ImgBB
ImgBB is a general purpose image host aimed at quick sharing. You can upload by dragging files onto the page, pasting from the clipboard or adding image URLs, and the service returns direct links along with ready-made BBCode and HTML embed codes for forums and websites.
Free uploads are limited to 32 MB per image. Uploads can be grouped into albums, which can be public, private (visible to anyone with the link) or protected with a password. Basic editing such as resizing is available before upload, although animated GIFs are not resized.
A paid Pro account removes ads, raises the per-image limit to 64 MB, offers unlimited space and adds a feature to replace an image while keeping the same link.
How to upload to ImgBB
- Go to imgbb.com and drag images onto the page, paste them, or choose files or URLs.
- Optionally pick an auto-delete time and resize the image.
- Click Upload and copy the viewer link, direct link or embed code you need.
Developers can request an API key and post images to https://api.imgbb.com/1/upload, with an optional expiration parameter.

- Backups: Although ImgBB says it makes routine backups, it disclaims liability for lost data, so keep your own copies.
